Your Questions About Aloe Gel Does Work

Mary asks…

Any Dentists or Oral Surgeons? I need serious answers-no jokers please-?

My husband had kidney cancer- kidney removed-It later metastified to the lung, and now to his brain. He is on Toricel as his Chemotherapy-takes Coumadin. He has always taken great care of his teeth, however they were ignored over the last 2 yrs.due to these horrible health issues, he went to a dentist, and much to my objection, the oncology nurses Fiancee’ “to boot”. The dentist did quite a bit of periodontal work- the dentist also ‘tried’ to adjust the lower partial bridge which he ended up botching-we went back for many additional adjustments none of which have been corrected, they are ill fitting due to this dentist. My husband is in quite alot of discomfort, can,t eat from the pain and irritation on the underside of his tongue and along the floor of his mouth from the dentures. It’s been 2 day’s now-he called the dentists office on Thursday and on Friday- left a message twice-no return call. I gave him ice chips-baby Ora gel swabs-aloe gel- for the burning, milk of magnesia, to swish in his mouth-but nothing is alleviating the discomfort. My husband had Chemo Thursday and is wiped out-and now has this added problem for over a week-can you advise me as to what to do about this pain and discomfort- he said that it still burns- I don,t know what to do next-what do you suggest what to do about this dentist- and the messed up partials? We’re up to around $6,000 in work thus far. Any suggestions as to what to do to try to alleviate the pain and discomfort in the interim-his glands in his neck are quite sensitive also.

Simon Smith answers:

I’m not a dentist. I can offer you what help i can. He should swish with warm salt water, 1 part salt to 4 parts water, several times a day. That will heal his gums. Adjustments to partials and dentures can often lead to irritation, because the gum doesnt sit in the same place that it was used to sitting before. I would suggest that you just show up at the dentists office, first thing in the morning on monday and tell em, u need to fix this. The advantage of getting it done at the dentist is that they have a special marker that helps them to identify exactly where the adjustment needs to be made.
So in short… I think you should keep trying to get the dentist to fix it, but he should not charge you for it.

Warm salt water (the salt water is going to burn at first), several times a day, and regular or extra strength oragel.

Good luck to you and your husband, u have my prayers

William asks…

Sunburn?!?! HELP!!!!!!!?

It’s been two days since I got my sunburn, it hasn’t peeled or blistered yet but it’s still really red and sore. It’s all over my back, chest, shoulders and neck. I have put on aloe gel, had baths and iced it but nothing is working. What do i do ?!

Simon Smith answers:

Ive had the same problem, try after sun, its meant to tone your sun burn down and help soothe the pain and also dont forget to moisturise it everyday because if you leave it dry it will start to peel and thats when it will also irritate you. Dont stay in the sun to young expecailly if your young because you will damage your skin and can cause skin cancer when your older, hope i helped and good luck!

Donald asks…

Worst sunburn ever!!!….=(?

This weekend my family went on a “family outing” and now I have the worst sunburn of my life. It’s everywhere but mainly on my upper legs in front. They’re red and hurt so bad I can’t move. I showered and put on alot of aloe gel (which always helps) but this time it just gave me really bad chills. I’ve been trying the aloe, cool water and taking extra vitamin C but nothing is helping. I’m still getting chills and can’t move and in pain and I have to be presentable for a work thing tomorrow. Ugh! What to do?

Simon Smith answers:

I know that you’ve probably heard the aloe vera thing A LOT…believe me…but it really does help if you keep reapplying it. If you store it in the fridge, it can give you more of a relief when you first put it on.

Ice packs (in small amounts of time) and cold cloths or compresses will also help to minimize the length of time that you have redness and should help with the swelling.

Make sure that you drink PLENTY of water, in order to keep your body hydrated so you don’t develop a fever. If you do develop a fever, take an acetaminophen or an ibuprofen to help get rid of the fever and to minimize inflammation and swelling.

If your sunburn is really bad and seems to be very painful, you may want to go see your doctor and get a prescriptive treatment.

Michael asks…

I went to the A’s game on June10,10 & I got a sunburn. Now my skin is peeling & I don’t know what to do.?

I thought the sunburn would be okay & it wouldn’t peel off . & this was my first time getting sunburn I didn’t know what to do. On June12 I putted some aloe gel , but now my skin is peeling . I started to peel it off , because i didn’t know what to do . When i read some info about peeling sunburn , I tried to stop peeling it off & I started to put some Lubriderm Moisturizing Lotion cocoa butter . I’m not sure if the lotion is going to work . & i know that theres nothing that can be done . So can you guys give me some advice what I should do .

Simon Smith answers:

Living and growing up in Australia and New Zealand I’ve had a lot of suburn over the years. I would just leave it, let it do its thing, but dont pick at it, just put aloe lotion in it, and let and dont peel it

Susan asks…

Hair removal…?

Just after some opinions on body hair removal – legs, bikini, etc.

I’ve been shaving for a few years now, but for the past year or so, shaving has left me really uncomfortable, and I always get an awful red rash – not good during the Summer :(

I tried using various moisturisers for sensitive skin, aloe gel etc. after shaving, but they make no difference.

Tried waxing, but it was so damn painful!

I was wondering if and how laser hair removal works. How much does it cost? (UK) How permanent is it? And is it worth buying a lasering kit from, say, Argos, or going to a salon to get it done professionally?

And also, for people who prefer waxing, do you have any tried and trusted methods of making it hurt a bit less?

Thanks guys :)

Simon Smith answers:

Everybody’s pain tolerance is different. The first time is always the worst! Make sure the esthetician is not taking huge pieces at a time. For instance on your bikini a little at a time. Tell the receptionist its your 1st time and have her allow more time for the esthetician. Most won’t mind. You want your client to feel comfortable with you. Also once you start to wax your hair will grow in thinner, sparser, and it won’t hurt as bad.Give it a few times. It’s well worth it No bumps or razor burn. And it looks great! You’ll never want to pick up a razor again.

Author Rajesh Shetty – Expert in weight loss principles of Ayurveda Medical Science and Author of the Best selling book, “Proven weight loss secrets revealed”.The main function of liver is to convert food to energy, and produce chemicals and enzymes necessary to burn fat.

Liver stores iron reserves and vitamins and minerals and makes bile to digest food. It also manufactures cholesterol. It filters and detoxifies – alcohol, wine, harmful drugs, stores energy or glucose and removes the poisons and toxins that you breathe.

Your Liver is the key organ responsible for breakdown of fat. It is a common fact that large percentages of overweight people have malfunctioning livers. The liver produces bile, a byproduct of blood filtering. Bile leaves the liver and is stored in the gall bladder. When fat is eaten, the gall bladder releases bile to emulsify the fat into tiny droplets.

Without bile, fat digestion is impossible.

Since the liver is the key organ for fat digestion you must make an effort to keep the liver in very good health if you want to loose fat.

You can take care of your liver in the following manner

  • Avoid unnecessary drugs
  • Avoid alcohol
  • Don’t mix alcohol with drugs and medication
  • Be careful when using aerosol cleaners, wear a mask if possible
  • Increase intake of high-fibre foods such as fresh fruits & vegetables, whole grains, breads, rice and cereals
  • Avoid rich desserts, snacks and drinks
  • Avoid steroids as it causes fatty liver

If you need a natural solution for rejuvenating your lever, I recommend Aloe Vera to you. Aloe Vera has been highly recommended by Ayurveda for rejuvenating the cells of the liver.

You must be aware that the extract of Aloe Vera has been used world wide by the cosmetic industry for rejuvenating skin cells. Ayurveda practitioners have utilized the same cell rejuvenating property of aloeVera in India since ages.

Aloe Vera is a plant belonging to lily family that grows upto 2-3 feet tall. This plant grows mainly in hot climates. The gel in the leaves is used for internal consumption.

Aloe Vera gel supplies the nutrients required by the internal organs of the body and speeds up the healing process. It contains the following nutrients:

  • Vitamins B12, C, E And Beta carotene
  • Enzymes, the life force of any living being, helps to digest the food
  • Contains 20 essential Amino acids required by the body as the essential building blocks for protein
  • Contains minerals like iron, manganese, potassium, calcium, chromium, copper, zinc, magnesium
  • Contains powerfull anti-inflammatory agents known as plant sterols
  • Contains Lignin, this is a woody substance which allows Aloe to penetrate the skin
  • Salycylic acid in Aloe acts as an anti-inflammatory which helps to break down the dead tissues
  • Contains natural pain killers known as Anthraquinones
  • Saponins are the soapy substances which have anti microbial action

Aloe Vera strengthens the bodies immunity and gets rid of all the sludge and waste material from areas of the bowel and liver. It supplies the liver with all the required nutrients and regulates its functioning and repairs it from inside.

Once the liver starts its normal function, fat dissolves automatically.
